About Nosh Restaurant
With a vintage old home setting giving Nosh a delicious atmosphere, chef-patron Alan Fryer is perfectly poised to impress with his culinary savoir faire. Expect to be blown away by melt-in-your-mouth meat, tender veal, succulent lamb and a perfectly curated menu.
For starters, the seafood bisque grabs our attention, with crème fraiche and caviar as ingredients. Duck spring rolls, angry prawns, snails Madagascar with green peppercorns, garlic, mustard and cream and fresh poached asparagus with smoked ostrich ribbons tickle our tastebuds.
For mains, the roast honey duck breast with honey and oyster noodles, sauté of veal liver with sherry and balsamic syrup and roast loin of Impala all sound entirely unforgettable. The braised lamb neck, sirloin Bastille and Norweigan salmon steak equally so.
Save space for desserts such as vanilla panna cotta with glazed fruit, chocolate marquise fantasia and strawberry pavlova.
