About Explore The Kraal Dive Spot
The Kraal in Algoa Bay is an ideal spot for diving. This safe and easy dive spot is ideal for beginners or those in training. Here you can dive between 6 and 12 metres in depth while admiring the wonders below.
This colourful spot is filled with corals, amemones and sponges as well as the Natal Knifejaw, Cape Knifejaw and Yellow Belly Rockcod. You may also be lucky enough to spot some baby Ragged Tooth Sharks here.
The reef has a large peak that sinks down into a round dipped sand patch and is a fantastically secure area to view these marine spectacles.You will need to have your Open Water Diving license to dive here and to get to the reef you will need to go by boat.
