Voucher Terms & Conditions

As a recipient of an Voucher please take note of the following Terms & Conditions for use:

  • By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a voucher, you accept and agree to be bound by these Voucher Terms & Conditions and acknowledge you have read and understood these Voucher Terms & Conditions,’s General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  • Vouchers are issued at the discretion of
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Only one voucher can be used per booking.
  • Vouchers can only be used to confirm your accommodation booking online through the website and cannot be presented upon check-in at an establishment.
  • Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other reward, voucher or discount.
  • Vouchers are issued with specific terms and conditions as stipulated that regulate how and when they can be used. For example, a voucher may only be redeemed for bookings where the check-in date is within a specific period, bookings above or below a booking value as stipulated by, for check-in on specified days of the week, within a certain geographic location and/or within a specific period.
  • The use of a voucher may also be limited by the total discount value available to all users for the promotion of a specific voucher. For example, R10,000 worth of discounts at a discount of R200 per booking.
  • All vouchers are valid for a maximum period of 30 days unless otherwise stipulated.
  • The onus is on the customer to check the full voucher T&Cs issued with the voucher and to ensure they understand the voucher’s applications and limitations.
  • Any fraudulent or abusive behaviour, not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, in order to benefit unduly from a voucher, is abuse of the benefit and reserves the right to deactivate a customer’s account; to cancel and not to honour any related bookings.
  • The customer will be issued a voucher code which must be entered and applied on the Payment Details page in order to be redeemed for that booking prior to processing a payment to confirm the booking.
  • The discount value of the voucher will be deducted from the total booking value. The remaining balance, if any, must be paid by you in order to confirm the booking. Any outstanding difference between the voucher and the amount of the booking must be paid prior to the quote expiring. Should an EFT / bank transfer / cash deposit be used for the remaining balance the proof of payment is required prior to the quote expiring in order to confirm the booking.
  • If there is any credit remaining after the redemption of the voucher, the remaining balance is forfeit as the voucher is for single use only. For example the voucher cannot be split or applied to multiple bookings.
  • Vouchers are no longer redeemable after the voucher validity period has ended and as such will no longer be available for use.
  • Additional values cannot be added to existing vouchers.
  • In the event a booking is cancelled by the establishment after voucher redemption, monies owing will be refunded in the form of a voucher or allocated to an alternative booking at your request. Please note that this will not reset the validity period.
  • In the event a booking is cancelled by the customer the discounted voucher amount will not be reallocated or refunded and the voucher will be forfeit in its entirety.
  • Standard terms of use for booking accommodation at an establishment via will apply to bookings using your voucher. is not responsible for any aspect of the accommodation.
  • Voucher redemption does not guarantee availability at the establishment of your choice and all bookings are subject to availability.
  • reserves the right to cancel any voucher promotion at any time.

  • Changes to the Voucher Terms & Conditions will be available on the website. In this regard the onus is on the customer to visit the website regularly to check whether the Voucher Terms & Conditions have changed.
