I need to cancel my booking, how do I do this?

Should you need to cancel your booking please send an email including the reference number and/or name of the establishment as well as your reason for cancelling to support@sa-venues.com and our team will assist you further.

Each establishment has their own policies with regards to cancellations and refunds. You will find these details on the Accept page before confirming your booking. Please remember to check these so as to avoid any confusion (the policy will also be on the confirmation email received).

Please note that refunds are always allocated back to the credit card which was used to make the payment. This is an important security measure when dealing with online purchases.
