CANCELLATION POLICY

If the cancellation is made a minimum of 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the due date of arrival a full deposit refund will be affected. If the cancellation is made after the refund policy 14 days, then there will be no refund except if a substitute booking is received by us for the full period of the cancelled booking.
