Villa Landman is spacious and comfortable. There are three en-suite bedrooms, each tastefully furnished with King-size / twin beds and have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. Each room also has an outdoor shower. Complimentary toiletries, linen and towels are provided. The main living area is open-plan, with a large living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen including fridge-freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and a dishwasher. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor spaces, including a large deck with a swimming pool, built-in braai, lounge area and sun loungers. The deck leads to an intimate boma area on the riverbed surrounded by the views of the African Bushveld, perfect for sundowners or to spot wildlife. This wildlife estate is home to a wide variety of plains game such as Kudu, Nyala, Impala, Duiker as well as a paradise of birdlife. Housekeeping services are included on weekdays (maximum 2 hours). Weekend servicing can be arranged at an additional cost.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
