The Perch Winelands is literally perched in the middle of the Cape Winelands, offering accommodation with the most spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, and only a few minutes stroll across the lawns to the fabulous “Top 5 in South Africa” Jack Nicklaus golf course of Pearl Valley.
Self Catering Accommodation
The Perch Winelands is a self catering holiday home split over three floors and is perched on the edge of a lake at the Jack Nicklaus designed Pearl Valley Golf Course near Franschhoek.
The townhouse can sleep up to six guests and has three en-suite bedrooms, and a guest toilet. The first and second bedrooms each contain a Queen-size bed, and the third bedroom contains two single beds. The first and second en-suite bathrooms each contain a jacuzzi bath, a shower, a toilet and washbasin. The third en-suite features a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and a dishwasher. The dining area contains an 8-seater dining table and chairs. The living area opens to a deck with outdoor dining furniture and braai facilities. The entire townhouse has air-conditioning and fibre internet access. TV with Netflix, DVD player and CD player.
Two secure undercover parking bays are provided. We offer discounted golf green fees for all who stay with us, plus there is a golf academy on site. There are also tennis courts, swimming pools, a spa and restaurants at the clubhouse for those who don't play golf.
