The Perch Winelands

Luxury Townhouse on three floors perched in the heart of the Winelands. The first and second bedrooms each contain a Queen-size bed, and the third bedroom contains two single beds. The first and second en-suite bathrooms each contain a jacuzzi bath, a shower, a toilet and washbasin. The third en-suite features a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and a dishwasher. The dining area contains an 8-seater dining table and chairs. The living area opens to a deck with outdoor dining furniture and braai facilities. The entire townhouse has air-conditioning and fibre internet access. TV with Netflix, DVD player and CD player. Two secure undercover parking bays are provided. We offer discounted golf green fees for all who stay with us, plus there is a golf academy on site. There are also tennis courts, swimming pools, a spa and restaurants at the clubhouse for those who don’t play golf.
