The Perivoli Lagoon House is set in a stunning, isolated,140ha wilderness of colourful Fynbos biome, a stone's throw from the Kleinriver lagoon with panoramic views of the Lagoon and the majestic Kleinriver Mountains. Perivoli Lagoon House has four en-suite bedrooms. The King-size beds can be converted to twin beds on request. The en-suite bathrooms have a bath and shower, as well as underfloor heating. Each room has a fireplace. Wi-Fi is accessible in all the rooms. The kitchen is equipped with a fully interactive designer kitchen with separate sculler room and laundry room. There is a main lounge and dining area. The entertainment and living areas are free flowing. A wood combustion and eco fireplace in the living room provided a gracious retreat on chilly evenings. The house has an outdoor living and a private heated rim-pool. The only dwellings in view are those on the opposite side of the Lagoon. The villa is exclusively for sole use and has a dedicated housekeeper (daily laundry and housekeeping), dedicated private Nature Guide, Host, Chef and Butler.

      Frequently Asked Questions

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?

      That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.
