Paradise 25 is a self catering holiday home in Langebaan sleeping eight guests. The double-storey house comprises four bedrooms each furnished with a Queen-size bed. The bedroom on the lower level also contains a bunk bed. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. The second and third bedrooms have access to a shared bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The fourth bedroom has its own bathroom fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided but guests are required to bring their own beach towels. The house also has an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. The open-plan kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a 5-hob gas stove, an oven, a microwave, fridge, as well as a kitchen island. The lounge is furnished with leather sofas and a TV with full DStv for relaxing evenings. Stacking doors open up onto a spacious, undercover patio with built-in braai facilities, a patio table, benches and chairs, to spend leisurely evenings outdoors enjoying the sea breeze. Guests also have access to 2 lock-up garages for secure parking.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
