How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges apply, as follows:

A refund of the deposit will be made if the reservation is cancelled within 10 days or more of the date of arrival subject to a bank charge of 2.5%
• 01-09 days prior to check-in date or non-arrival: Forfeit 100% of the deposit
• Part cancellation within 9 days for group bookings, i.e. the number of persons in the group is reduced, the number of persons / rooms booked will be charged for if the rooms cannot be resold.
