This fully air-conditioned spacious residence comprises of three bedrooms, all of which boast private en-suite bathrooms, patios and full HD TV's. The main bedroom is fitted with a Queen-size bed and the second and third rooms each have twin beds. All the bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom that contains either a bath or shower (or both), toilet and a basin. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen contains the necessary appliances to cook meals. It includes a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, tea / coffee making facilities and a kettle. There is a separate scullery and laundry area leading off the kitchen. The adjacent living area features a six seater dining table and the living area has a full HD TV and a fireplace. The entire living area opens up and spills out onto a large covered patio which offers a bar area, gas braai and outdoor dining set.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
