This fully air-conditioned spacious residence comprises of three bedrooms, all of which boast private en-suite bathrooms, patios and full HD TV’s. The main bedroom is fitted with a Queen-size bed and the second and third rooms each have twin beds. All the bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom that contains either a bath or shower (or both), toilet and a basin. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen contains the necessary appliances to cook meals. It includes a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, tea / coffee making facilities and a kettle. There is a separate scullery and laundry area leading off the kitchen. The adjacent living area features a six seater dining table and the living area has a full HD TV and a fireplace. The entire living area opens up and spills out onto a large covered patio which offers a bar area, gas braai and outdoor dining set.
