Loerie Cottage is a self catering holiday cottage in Modimolle sleeping eight guests. The four bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, offer views of the surrounding bushveld and all lead off from the living area. Two bathrooms are en suite and fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The third bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. With a private entrance, patio and barbeque area, the unit boasts a modern and comfortable interior, which comprise a spacious living / dining area with kitchen. The kitchen features a large island with a four-plate stove with oven, fridge/freezer combination and microwave oven as well as other amenities to ensure an easy self-catering experience. These include a kettle, toaster as well as crockery and cutlery. Holidaying in the heart of the bushveld does not mean that you need to stay indoors all the time as the layout of Loerie lends itself to living close to nature. The farm also features a country pool, two farm dams and surrounding gardens.

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?

      That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.
