A small step up to the second bedroom with a double bed, the third bedroom has a single bed both using a second shower room. From the kitchen step down into the open-plan lounge and dining area with a flat-screen TV with DStv, a DVD player and cosy open fireplace. A short steep staircase up to The fourth and fifth bedroom with 2 single beds each and a third shower room. Large furnished brick paved terrace overlooking the valley, forest and partially covered dining area outside kitchen and front entrance next to its own brick built braai.

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.
