The cottage sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. There is also a large couch in the lounge as well as mattresses (all bedding and towels also supplied) for those willing to bed down more informally (at an additional cost per head). The main bedroom has a wall mounted flat screen TV, a large walk through cupboard / dressing area, an en-suite with bath, basin, bidet and toilet. The bed is Queen sized and the room has an air conditioner. The second bedroom has two single beds and a fan is provided. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and basin and is situated just across the hall. The cottage has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with an indoor barbeque / fireplace. It has a flat screen TV offering all DStv channels.

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?

      That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.
