The area

On the picturesque Hibiscus Coast, right between the coastal towns of Margate and Port Shepstone, is the charming little retreat of St. Michaels on Sea. It may be a small town, but it has a lot to offer to visitors to KwaZulu Natal in terms of ocean, sun, sand, and family fun. The closest swimming beach is St. Michael's Main Beach, a 200m walk along Orange Rock Road.
