Situated on the 12th floor this Exclusive Use Holiday Apartment is flooded with sunlight and the balcony allows for spectacular views of the ocean, Table Mountain, Robben Island and the Blouberg beachfront. The apartment has two bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower, hand basin and WC. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The flat has a second bathroom equipped with a bath and a shower, hand basin and WC. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge with a freezer, oven, stove, microwave as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer and tea and coffee making facilities with all utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware provided. The lounge and dining area has seating arrangements and a a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels, a DVD Player and a dining table. The unit has one designated parking bay, with security and an elevator. The apartment block has a communal swimming pool situated on the first floor.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.
