The beautiful, secluded bay called Herold's Bay has held an allure for holiday makers since time of old. Directions from George Airport:
1. Exit the airport: Head northwest for about 13 meters, then keep right for another 210 meters. Use any lane to turn right toward the R404. This bit should only take you about 2 minutes (300 m).
2. Get onto the R404: When you hit the roundabout, take the 3rd exit to get onto the R404. Stay on this road for 4.5 km.
3. Stay on the R404: You'll need to turn left to stay on the R404 for another 3.2 km. This whole stretch on the R404 takes about 7 minutes (7.8 km).
4. Head into Herolds Bay: Turn left onto Rooikransie Street (220 m), then take a right onto Slaapplek Street and follow it for 450 meters.
5. Arrive at your destination: Finally, turn right onto Skuinsbank Street. Drive about 73 meters, and you'll find number 52 on your left-hand side.
