This mansion offers luxury accommodation with six en suite bedrooms in the heart of Camps Bay. This beautiful villa has magnificent views and a mountain stream running alongside providing a constant soothing melody. The outdoor area is a perfect entertaining spot with a BBQ, level lawns, children’s jungle gym and a sizeable infinity swimming heated pool. Ideal for sun downers with a bar, wine cellar and pool table adjacent to a natural river. There are nine balconies, three studies, four lock up garages, a gym, library with over 500 books, a home cinema and emphasis on security with 360 degree CCTV, alarms plus more. The Villa sleeps a maximum of ten guests. There is parking for 12 cars. Truly the ultimate in luxury, featured in various home interior magazines. Two fireplaces, under floor heating, walk-in cold room, all bedrooms are carpeted and top of range bathroom fittings, eg Phillipe Stark (Hans Grohe) taps, as well as Italian light fittings. Four of the bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is also piped music of your choice throughout the home, including the pool area. There is a plasma TV in the informal lounge with DVD, and cable TV linked to the master bedroom and home cinema. A full butler and maid service is available.

BUTLER SERVICES:
The Butler is able to prepare breakfast for you, serve High Tea, and sunset cocktails. (Your ingredients) He can drive and do your grocery shopping, is able to recommend and book restaurants, sightseeing tours and activities on request. The butler can also cook a BBQ (Braai) plus more. For purposes of your privacy and comfort please indicate your desired times and levels of service and privacy you require to the Butler or Owner either on arrival or in advance. Normal Working hours are Mon- Friday 08h30 to 18h00, and Saturday’s 09h00 to 13h00. Extra hours can be arranged directly with the Butler

MAID SERVICES:
She cleans, tidy’s and makes up all bedrooms & bathrooms from Monday to Friday 08h45 to 16h00 and Sat 09h00 to 12h30 (excludes Public holidays, private arrangement for extra days can be made directly with the maid). She can do personal laundry on private arrangement too (Please choose /buy your laundry powder that you prefer) We are not liable for any laundry damages

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
