How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
The initial deposit is non-refundable, however, may be used as a credit towards one future reservation (within 18 months from date of cancellation) if cancelled within 3 months of the original arrival date.

Should the final payment not be received by the due date (60 days prior to arrival), the booking is deemed cancelled and the owners have the right to re-let the property to recover loss of income.
