Hello Sunshine 1 is furnished with a Queen-size bed. There is a cosy small room that is two steps down from the main area and serves as an extra room furnished with a three-quarter bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The kitchenette fitted with a fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, basic cutlery and crockery. We also provide still water, coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, salt and pepper. A dining table provides a place for enjoying meals. There is a seating area with two chairs, a coffee table, and a flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube and Showmax. Outside is a private area with braai facilities and outdoor furniture.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
