Hello Sunshine is located in the picturesque Lowveld city of Nelspruit, where accommodation is offered in two studios, perfect for couples, small families, singles and business or holiday travellers as a base to explore Mpumalanga at an affordable price and absolute value for money.

Self Catering Accommodation

Hello Sunshine studios have been artistically and creatively decorated with ample light and ambiance. The quirky furnishings and original art by your host, makes the space welcoming, and cheerful. Each studio has its own entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house.

Both studios have a kitchenette fitted with a fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, basic cutlery and crockery. We also provide still water, coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, salt and pepper. The studios have ceiling fans, bathrooms with a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin as well as complimentary bathroom amenities.

There are either a couch/chairs with a coffee table, a 4 seater dining table, and a flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube and Showmax. Both of the studios have their own private cozy green outdoor area with outdoor furniture and BBQ/braai facilities.

A lock-up parking bay for your vehicle behind a manually operated gate is provided. For long-staying guests, the studios can be serviced daily on request at an additional charge, which includes washing of dishes and making of beds.

West Acres is an affluent residential neighborhood home to European, Asian, and African restaurants, and the contemporary i'langa Mall, offering national retail chains and independent stores. It is the ideal base for guests visiting nearby Kruger National Park, the unusual rock formations at Sudwala Caves, and the Chimp Eden sanctuary. We are also a mere 3km away from Mediclinic and Doctor's Rooms.
