About Hedge House
Hedge House is a guest house located in a peaceful pocket of Newlands, Sunnybrae and is conveniently situated for both business and holiday travelers. Families are very welcome.
Accommodation
The guest house consists of five en-suite rooms, all with separate entrances and full bathrooms. The rooms are comfortably furnished with luxury beds and quality fabrics. Each room is fitted with a fridge, microwave and kettle and stocked with basic provisions to make tea and coffee. Home-baked biscuits and rusks are always in-hand!
DSTV and wireless ADSL is available in all rooms.
One room is wheelchair friendly.
Being foodies', Judy and her staff pride themselves in preparing homemade fare on a daily basis and are regularly asked for their recipes! Breakfast is served outside, in your room or in the dining room, whichever you prefer. Evening meals are served by prior arrangement.
The garden has un-interrupted mountain views as does our upstairs room and has a salt-water pool. There is a trampoline and swing for children. Off-street parking is behind remote controlled gates.

Stayed for 3 nights (wish it was 3 weeks). Lovely spacious well appointed room with a great view across to Table Mountain. Awesome breskfasts and a friendly helpful atomsphere, plus 3 adorable dogs to play with. This was our second stay at Hedge Houseand we arealready looking at stay No. 3.

We stayed at Hedge House for 4 nights early June - and it certainly wasn't long enough! Room 4 is HUGE - lots of space, really comfortable bed and gorgeous views of Table Mountain. Judy, Graham and family are so hospitable, warm and friendly. We also took advantage of their home cooked evening meals which were delicious and very good value. We also loved taking the dogs for a walk in the nearby park :) Truly a home away from home - we have no hesitation in recommending Hedge House and will definitely be back. Many thanks Judy, Graham & family for a great stay.
