The Studio is a stylishly decorated spacious one-bedroom apartment. It consists of a bedroom come living room; a walk-in shower room, a separate dining room and fully equipped kitchen (with stove, toaster, microwave, fridge and kitchenware). The dining room table sits four; and doubles up as a work area. There is a 40” smart TV in the room (with DSTV and Netflix), and access to fast fibre wifi. There is a double bed and a single sleeper couch. The room can accommodate two adults and one child. Children under 12 stay free.

The Workshop is a big queen sized room, with lots of natural light and garden views. The bedroom has a work area and large smart TV (enabled with DSTV and Netflix). Access to fibre broadband ensures that there is a very fast internet connection. The kitchen has a small fridge, microwave and stove top, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. There is an en-suite bathroom which has a large fast flowing shower, toilet and basin.;

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
