Ellefsen 115 is a first-floor apartment which has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has a separate bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. Linen and bath towels are provided but guests need to bring their own swimming towels. The tiled, well laid out open-plan living area consists of a kitchen which is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Meals can be enjoyed at the four-seater dining table and guests can relax in the comfortably furnished lounge which has a TV with DStv. The living area opens onto a private balcony with built-in braai facilities and outdoor furniture. Secure parking is provided in the garage and a parking bay which are assigned to this unit.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?
