The property comprises 8 Victorian-style bedrooms that can accommodate up to 16 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the third, fourth and fifth bedrooms are furnished with a double bed each. The last three bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds. The rooms share the use of three bathrooms, two of which are fitted with a bath and shower, and the third has a shower only. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and toaster. The dining room features a dining table as well as a fireplace. In the main lounge, guests will find a comfy seating area, a fireplace, and a second dining table. A pool table is available for guests' entertainment. The property boasts a private swimming pool where guests can cool off, while a well-equipped braai area provides the perfect setting for outdoor gatherings.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
