The main and second bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom contains three single beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and a second bathroom is also available, both fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin. Quality linen and bath towels are provided, although guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.; ; The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher, making meal preparation easy and convenient. Adjacent to the kitchen, a dining area comfortably seats six people. A separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer adds further convenience.; ; The lounge is spacious and features a comfortable suite for six guests, along with a flat-screen television, unlimited Wi-Fi, and the full DStv package. From the lounge, doors open onto a large deck with breathtaking views of the sea. This outdoor space includes a Jacuzzi with seating for six, as well as a gas braai and a kettle braai for relaxed entertaining.; ; Security is well considered with an alarm system, walled boundaries, and an automated entrance gate. The property provides a carport and additional parking, accommodating a total of three vehicles. A fully automated generator ensures continuous power during load-shedding, and a 25,000-litre backup water supply is plumbed into the system to cover any water outages.

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.
