Adjacent to the kitchen, a dining area comfortably seats six people. From the lounge, doors open onto a large deck with breathtaking views of the sea. The property provides a carport and additional parking, accommodating a total of three vehicles. A fully automated generator ensures continuous power during load-shedding, and a 25,000-litre backup water supply is plumbed into the system to cover any water outages.
