Coot Close House is a modern, tranquil relaxing waterfront property on the Klein River Estuary. Situated above the waters edge is this perfect upmarket retreat set in a security estate to get away from the hustle and bustle of town living.

Self Catering Accommodation

The house sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower.

The second and third bedrooms have two single beds each which can be converted into a king beds if required and make use of a shared bathroom with a bath and a shower.

There is a fully kitted kitchen with all major appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine. The lounge area has a TV with DStv and there is free Wi-Fi. Outside you can make use of the Cadac gas grill and Weber BBQ.

The Area

This tranquil setting boasts tennis courts, swimming pool and a kids jungle gym in a security estate. All major amenities and shops are a mere 10 minutes drive into Hermanus on one side and the sleepy gastronomic town of Stanford is on the other.

It has a great launch area for kite boarding and all sailing activities. The water body supports most water sports including wake boarding and skiing with its own slipway!

A short trip takes you to either Fernkloof Nature Reserve or Hemel and Aarde Valley which offers excellent mountain biking, trail running and hiking.
