Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation received 22-21 days prior to check-in, forfeit 25% of the total booking value.
Cancellation received 20-14 days prior to check-in, forfeit 50% of the total booking value.
Cancellation received 13-07 days prior to check-in, forfeit 75% of the total booking value.
Cancellation received 0-6 days prior to check-in, forfeit 100% of the total booking value.
