The villa is tastefully decorated in an elegantly eclectic collection of gems. It has lovely views of the ocean and a heated swimming pool for warm summer days and evenings, as well as views of the verdant valley and mountains. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms make Chapman’s Villa ideal for families or groups of friends. The living space is open, light and airy, thanks to clever interior design. The fully-equipped kitchen flows into the elegant dining areas and lounge, and out onto the garden. The main bedroom is opulent and has an en-suite bathroom for added convenience. The other three bedrooms share two gorgeous family bathrooms and have king- or queen-sized beds. Two of the three bedrooms have balconies that look out over the valley, and the other two have impressive mountain views. The bed linen is of a superior quality and hairdryers are provided. The elegant kitchen is finished in Caeserstone surfaces and stylish appliances. It has a Nespresso™ machine, dishwasher, and all of the necessary crockery and cutlery. The dining room seats eight people. In addition, Chapman’s View Villa has a washing machine, TV with premium DStv channels, DVD player, music system, Wi-Fi, three sun loungers, and towels for the bath and beach. To make your stay at Chapman’s View even more comfortable, there are braai / barbecue facilities, a parking garage, on-site parking, and a fully-enclosed garden. A weekly cleaning service is par for the course, but can be increased by prior arrangement. The alarm system means that guests can relax in safety and the pool and garden services are there to make sure that everything stays as pristine as intended.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
