Each chalet is open plan and able to accommodate up to three guests. There are two single beds and a sleeper couch for an additional guest. Within the bathroom there is a shower, toilet and a basin. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes an oven, stove, microwave, fridge / freezer, toaster, tea / coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery. There is a breakfast nook with seating and ouside there are BBQ / braai facilities.

Chalet (CH2/4Z)

These chalets sleep up to three guests and are furnished for the mobility impaired. This includes wide doorways, grab rails, push levers and roll-in showers. The bedroom has two single beds and the living area has a sleeper couch for an additional guest. The bathroom includes a shower, basin and a toilet. The fully equipped kitchen contains a stove, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, toaster, cutlery, crockery and tea / coffee making facilities. There are BBQ / braai facilities outside.

Family Cottage (FA6)

Each two bedroom cottage is able to sleep up to four guests. Both bedrooms consist of two single beds and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and a basin. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge / freezer, crockery and cutlery. There is also a breakfast nook with seating. The living area boasts comfortable furniture, a dining table and a TV with DStv. Outside there are BBQ / braai facilities.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
