Our three cosy double rooms “Captain’s Cabin”, “Berlin Blue” and “Seashells” are situated in the main house and are laid to the nice-shaped courtyard. Each room is equipped with shower / WC, crisp cotton linen and towels, TV, tea and coffee tray, ceiling fan, heater, hairdryer, safe and soap and shower gel. Two rooms offer an extra-length Queen-size bed each, one offers a double bed. At the back of each room you’ll find your own little verandah with two sundeck chairs and umbrella – enjoy the sun!

Our family unit, also situated in the main house, offers two bedrooms with an interleading bathroom with shower / WC. The unit is equipped with crisp cotton linen and towels, safe, tea and coffee tray, hairdryer, soap and shower gel, ceiling fans and electric blankets in winter. “Leaves” has two single beds, “Lavender” has an extra-length queen-size bed and TV. Both bedrooms have their own entrance and their own access to the bathroom – perfect for families with children.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
