The city centre is five minutes away and you'll find yourself in the heart of Long Street, or shopping centres and numerous other attractions such as the famous Mount Nelson Hotel, the V&A Waterfront, Green Point Stadium and theatres.

It is an easy ten minute drive to the popular beaches of Cape Town like Camps Bay and Clifton. Cape Town International Airport is a thirty minute drive away and easily accessible from the N2. Public transport is close at hand and airport transfers can be arranged.

The Guest House offers double en-suite and / or twin room's en-suite and are all part of smaller intimate units, with a maximum of two bedrooms each. Each unit shares a full kitchen, lounge with the other room and can also be rented as a complete self-catering unit. No children allowed in these sharing rooms.

This newly renovated semi-detached two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite, is ideal for families or groups. It has a garden view, which can be enjoyed from the private patio. Rooms are light and airy with elegant furnishings, artwork and en-suite bathroom facilities. The overall effect is one of complete relaxation. Two Bedrooms - sleeps max 6 persons. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed with Air-conditioning and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds with Air-conditioning and en-suite bathroom. We have 24 hour armed response security for the property, as well as additional neighbourhood security in the area, making it safe to walk.

The friendly reception from our hostess made us feel immediately at ease. The apartment we stayed in was beautifully decorated in keeping with the age of the house, with a huge, very comfortable king size bed and a lovely lounge we could relax in, as well as a good size bathroom with shower. Had a lovely breakfast in the well-equipped kitchenette. Only caveats: bring earbuds to completely drown out the noise from the busy adjoining Camp Street and brush up on your city parking skills - the on-site secure parking was tight! But I will definitely stay here again. All in all, good value for money.

Just a short note to thank you for the fantastic hospitality at Camp Street, all the people who stayed there said that was the highlight of the whole trip. Hockey was good but the weather was not pleasant on that weekend.
