The Lodge Apartment is a fully self-catering unit with its own private entrance, offering comfort, convenience, and beautiful surroundings. The ground floor features an inviting living area, while the front terrace boasts lovely views of the Hottentots Holland Mountains and Helderberg Mountain.

Inside, the apartment includes a separate, fully equipped kitchen, as well as an open-plan living and dining area with a cosy lounge, flat-screen TV with local and international channels, and air conditioning. The bedroom is fitted with a double bed made up of two extra-length mattresses and also includes air conditioning, while the bathroom offers a shower, basin with cupboard space, and toilet.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
