Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Subject to change without notice.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

We do not allow day visitors/non-sleeping guests/more than 4 adults guests without prior arrangement.

Travelling with children?
Regrettably we do not accept children under 16 years.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Please note that all cancellations are only effective once confirmed in writing. Guests making travel and booking arrangements with 18 Montpellier Estate must have their own personal or business travel insurance to support any cancellation or curtailment of their booking. In the event that the accommodation is not taken up, 18 Montpellier Estate will have the right to deem the amounts due in lieu of the cancellation penalties and, in addition, have the right to release reservations where deposit and / or payment is not made on the due date.

18 Montpellier Estate reserves the right to amend deposit requirements during peak periods or longer
stays.

• Cancellations within 30 days of date of arrival: 100%

• Cancellations within 31 - 60 days of date of arrival: 75% of full amount payable
• Cancellations within 61 – 120 days of date of arrival: 50% of full amount payable

No refunds for late check-in / arrival or early check-out.
No refunds for services not used.

Please note that all refunds are subject to commission and/or bank charges. In all cases, we will review extraordinary circumstances on an ad-hoc basis.
