Visiting Scarborough from hectic Holland was a great, great pleasure. Calm, quiet. The lovely beach almost every day. A little sun downer at Camel Rock once in a while. It is one of those places that doesn't put the entertainment in your lap - you remain close to yourself - enjoy the nature, the air, the ocean, the beach, the mountains. All that made me feel so deeply relaxed after a few weeks. Read a book, fill in a cross word puzzle, walk around; visit a few magical places like Table Mountain, the winelands, the Cape of course. I hope to be back soon to this magic village on the Cape.

Scarborough is a lovely little town where you can really get some rest situated in a very nice environment (western Cape). I really enjoyed renting a car and discovering all the nearby places and beautiful nature and fantastic and not expensive restaurants. Cape of good hope is just a 20 minutes drive. Scarborough has a beautiful beach and every evening you have the most wonderful sunsets. Would love to come there again. Robert Rook.
