We believe in a discreet, unobtrusive approach. This means capturing the moments and not the attention. The results are a cinematic and artistic composition of real moments, unaffected by silly animations or tacky special effects. We strive to capture the unique personalities and relationships of each individual client and accommodate your specific needs and wishes without being in the way or distracting.

We've seen enough "in your face" professionals to know that it isn't professional at all. We do not use distracting lights and noisy equipment, we use wireless communication headsets to coordinate our shots, and dress subtly and appropriately. Our cameras are placed on tripods and are therefore stationary during the ceremony; however, even when we use a roving camera, we are still discreet.

MJ Productions has been operating in the Western Cape area for nearly a decade specialising in Event and Corporate Videography. Being romantics at heart, filming wedding events was a natural progression for us and we have been capturing memories for couples for the past 8 years.

Services

Two or three-camera footage, full coverage of wedding ceremony and reception activities (as well as spontaneous activities), and guest interviews (if requested). It may also include coverage of pre-ceremony activities and the formal photo session (location and time permitting). State of the art High Definition 3 CCD digital video cameras, with wireless microphones are used.

Your professionally edited video includes high quality graphics, titles, transitions, and music, all customized to be uniquely yours. The digital master is duplicated onto DVDs (or premium quality VHS tapes, if you prefer), which are presented in quality cases with personalized labels and custom-designed photo covers.
