DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% deposit is required on confirmation of acceptance to the booking. The balance of 50% is to be paid into the account no later than 4 days before arrival and proof of payment e-mailed to us.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of a booking MUST be done in writing by e-mail or fax.
Cancellation of 21 days or more will result in full refund of monies paid less the Handling fee set out below.
Cancellation of a booking between 20 days and 7 days will result in 75% refund of monies paid less handling fees.
Cancellation of a booking 7 days or less will not be refunded and the establishment has the right to recover any outstanding monies due at that time.

Handling Fees:
Subject to any of the above Cancellation terms of agreement, a 10% Handling fee will be deducted from any monies paid for a booking cancellation.
