DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance payable 60 days prior to check-in. For short notice bookings full payment will be required.

Payment can be made via SWIFT / WIRE bank transfer or credit card. Please note that if payment is made by credit card, there will be an admin fee of 3% and there may be a slight variation in the rate charged due to exchange rates at the time and date of transaction. This does not apply to payments made via SWIFT / WIRE bank transfer. Please note that all bank charges must be paid by yourselves to ensure we receive the full amount as detailed on the invoice.

Depending on your choice of payment we will put together the relevant invoice and send through the necessary information.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made in writing. Your cancellation will not take effect until we receive the written confirmation. If we do not receive written confirmation of your cancellation before your holiday has commenced no refund will be given.

Cancellation 90+ days prior to check-in date, full refund.
Cancellation 65 – 90 days prior to check-in date, full refund (except during Christmas, New Year or Easter Holidays where we will retain the deposit until another booking is received).
Cancellation 56 – 65 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 50% of the deposit (except during Christmas, New Year or Easter Holidays where we will retain the deposit until another booking is received).
Cancellation 43 - 55 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 60% of the total account (except during Christmas, New Year or Easter Holidays where we will retain the total until another booking is received).
Cancellation 42 - 29 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 70% of the total account (except during Christmas, New Year or Easter Holidays where we will retain the total until another booking is received).
Cancellation 28 - 8 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 90% of the total account (except during Christmas, New Year or Easter Holidays where we will retain the total until another booking is received).
Cancellation 7 days or less prior to check-in date, forfeit 100% of the total account.
