What can I say; from the food, to the service, to the atmosphere, everything was perfect. What a fantastic experience, so good to be able to celebrate a birthday without any hiccups. Congratulations to the Roaring Forties staff, who were exemplarary, for an excellent performance. That is what service is all about. We wish you well and keep up the good work. I would highly recommend the Roaring Forties to anyone wishing to enjoy a perfect evening. |

We had our wedding ceremony & reception on this beautiful and absolutely breathtaking boat, on 16 November 2008
Alana & Odele were so professional and even though our 1st viewing of the boat was 4 days before our special day, the team were so helpful and determined to make our day "ALL ABOUT US". Our family & friends couldn't stop boasting about the food and how smooth everything went.
Also a special thanks to the following people who were suggested as vendors by The Roaring Forties:- Andred Hayward - The Marriage Officer / Barry Lamprecht - Photographer / Beverley - Fragrance for Flowers / DJ - Patrick Sharwood
It will be a blast we will never forget.

My husband and I held our wedding reception on board the Roaring Forties Restuarant on 16 August 2008.
The excellent service and deliciously divine cuisine was utterly outstanding. The guests were dancing the night away and rocking the boat to stay the least!!! The staff, especially Alana and Odele, made sure everyone had a ball and left us to enjoy our evening as well. This is the ultimate alternative venue to a wedding reception. You guys ROCK!!!

My Husband and I had our wedding reception on board the Roaring 40's on the 2nd of Feb. 2008.
We could not have asked for a better venue as Odele and Alana were brilliant, well organised, on the ball, know what we wanted and looked after us 100% before and during our special day.
Everybody that attended our wedding are still talking about the fab food and venue. Thanks so much to all at Roaring 40's for making our day run smoothly and professionally.

My husband and I had our wedding on board the Roaring Forties on 11 Dec 2004. Although it is now 4 years down the line our friends and family are still talking about our special day. Everything was absolutely breathtaking and Alana and her team were amazing. The food was delicious, the service outstanding and everything went off without a hitch. Bev from Fragrance of Flowers also did a fabulous job with the flowers as they looked stunning.
