Milford House is a newly renovated, spacious double story contemporary home with lluxury finishes. This 3-bedroomed house is located in Hatfield Road, Three Anchor Bay and can accommodate up to 6 people.

Self Catering Accommodation

Two of the bedrooms have King Size beds with ensuite bathrooms while the third bedroom has twin beds and a separate bathroom. There is also an outside shower for those warm lazy days.

The spacious lounge opens up onto a paved courtyard with a sparkling plunge pool. This is an ideal area for small meals or snacks. The modern lounge is equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player and music centre. The open plan dining room seats six people and opens onto the fully equipped modern kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. A roof top terrace offers the perfect place for sundowners, relaxed reading or a star gazing experience.

There is off street parking for 3 cars and a cleaning service can be arranged on request. (At a cost) All bedroom & bathroom lined is supplied and there is WiFi available throughout the house.

Due to the steep staircase, the house is not suitable for children under 12 years or people unable to manage stairs. The house is temperature controlled so enjoy warm winters and cool summers!
