The Old Harbour is where you will find many of the shops, restaurants and cultural activities that Hermanus is known for, not to mention the best spot in town for whale watching.
You are a walking distance or a short drive to the best beaches in town, including Grotto, Voelklip, Kammabaai, Langbaai, and Sandbaai beaches. The Hermanus Golf Club (open to the public most days) is 2 minutes away and the world-class Arabella Golf Club is 30 minutes. The Hemel-en-Aarde wine valley is 10 minutes away.
