ACCOMMODATION


Customised to accommodate only two guests, the Kennedy Villa is extremely spacious and open plan with several distinct seating areas for dining or relaxation. Large picture windows allow in beautiful vistas of the Milkwood forest and garden. A cosy fireplace will keep away the winter chills as you enjoy a local bottle of Overberg wine in the comfort of this lavish apartment.

The separate sunken kitchen with high picture windows is fully equipped for self catering with modern appliances. BBQ facilities are available if you opt for the more traditional South African braai. In a secluded corner of the villa is a beautiful authentic Louis XIV bed which creates a focal point in the apartment. A billiards table, satellite TV and a DVD Player are provided for your entertainment.

VILLA FACILITIES


Outdoors offers a multitude of interesting nooks and crannies including a magnificent sundeck with Jacuzzi. Views from the deck are magical as you take in the sweeping panoramas of mountain, river, beach and sea below.

Enter the milkwood forest right outside your door and you’re into another world where a hammock lies strung between two trees, lazily waiting for an occupant or two. A totally unique experience is the Victorian bath in the forest where you can bathe beneath the stars by candlelight in total privacy.

Dotted beneath the Milkwood trees and on the river bank you’ll find benches and easy chairs where you can take in this totally unique experience and just watch the world go by.
