Review by: Priya Naidu, South Africa (stayed: December 2011)
Stayed in Dec 2011 in the spacious, well appointed 3 bedroom log cabin. Beautiful fireplace with an endless supply of wood. Lovely to stay in ther summer months as Dullstroom is always cool. What a delight to awake every morning and see the many species of buck in front of our cabin and drinking at the lake. Carry enough supplies as there is a 12km gravel road to the lodge.Johan was a great host and advised us on sightseeing. Only small problem was the towels looked very tired and was only changed every three days. But don't let this deter you. Carrying your own towels is a small price to pay to visit this magnificent private lodge. |
