The thatched roof cottage is picturesquely nestled against the mountain slope with a beautiful view of the sea. AccommodationThere are 3 bedrooms: the main bedroom has a queen-size double bed and the other 2 bedrooms a double bed and 2 single beds. The cottage has a large living room with a TV set. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave oven, stove, combination fridge / freezer, washing machine, drier and dishwasher. There is 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and a lock-up garage. A pay phone is available. Mountain trails start 5 minutes from the back door and a walk to the sea takes less than 10 minutes. The AreaHermanus is 90 minute's drive (120 km) from Cape Town. Voëlklip is the very popular holiday part of the village. Hermanus is one of the world's best land based sites for whale watching (season: July to November).
