Cancellations made on check-in day or during stay - forfeit full payment due
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check-in date- forfeit the full deposit
Cancellations made 7 - 14 days prior to check-in date - forfeit 75% of the deposit
Cancellations made 14 - 21 days prior to check-in date - forfeit 50% of the deposit
Cancellations made 21 - 28 days prior to check-in date - forfeit 25% of the deposit
Cancellations made more than 28 days in advance - deposit refunded in full (less bank charges)
