Rates Include:
Accommodation, two activities per day, early morning tea, brunch, afternoon high tea, game drive snacks, three course dinner, tourism levy and VAT
Rates Exclude:
Additional activities, all beverages, transfers, items of a personal nature

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking 14 days after the proforma invoice has been issued. Please note the name of the person staying as a reference on the deposit slip.

The balance is payable one month prior to arrival, or on departure, as stipulated on the proforma invoice. The reservation will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date.

Deposits are not refundable in the event of non arrival. No booking will be confirmed unless proof of payment, voucher or an order number has been received by our central reservations office.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Between 0-7days prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee.
Between 7-14 days prior to arrival, 75% cancellation fee.
Between 14-21 days prior to arrival, 50% cancellation fee.
Between 21-28 days prior to arrival, 25% cancellation fee.
