Originally a farm building in the now modern suburb of Oatlands, 30 on Oatlands has been lovingly renovated to offer comfortable accommodation with original Oregon floors and an old fashioned shutter facade.
Retreat to our centrally located accommodation with a welcoming atmosphere, separate garden entrances and easy accessibility to the CBD of Grahamstown. Traditional, quirky and cosy. The guest house is within easy walking distance of various local attractions in the student town of Grahamstown, festival city of saints and scholars.

30 on Oatlands Road comprises simple, neatly decorated cottage style guest rooms.
The 'town collection' has a private, separate and well equipped garden cottage and three twin bedded en-suite guest rooms which have communal access to the central lounge and the distinctive ability to create inter-leading access. An easy chair is provided in each room where one can sit and relax when wanting some quiet time.
The en-suite rooms offer crisp percale linen, a complimentary beverage tray and guest amenities. Accommodation is serviced daily by our team, Zoleka and Edith, with a true Eastern Cape smile.
Off-street parking is available as well as access to Wi-Fi.

This was our second stay at 30 0n Oatland. This time we stayed in Number 3 which had a huge lounge/diningroom, a kitchen with coffee, tea, etc., a bathroom, a room for hanging clothes and a large bedroom with a queensize bed. Very quiet, clean and comfortable. We felt safe and warm. A bit far to walk into town but peaceful as a consequence. Enjoyed our stay and will probably choose to stay here again.
